PROMOTING EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING<\/h2>\n

CURTY’S LABORATORY is committed to providing its employees with the best possible working conditions, and is constantly improving in this area.<\/p>\n

Hygiene and safety, one of Curty’s laboratory priorities, is orchestrated by our full-time hygiene and quality manager, in compliance with the standards imposed by our European sanitary approval.<\/p>\n

Our management is inclusive, based on a democratic principle (brainstorming, internal surveys…) because, apart from the fact that this is always rich in learning, we know that it contributes positively to autonomy and a sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

We are flexible when it comes to managing vacations and working hours, and offer telecommuting access for certain positions to empower and motivate our employees.<\/p>\n

Our recruitment strategy is based not only on skills, but also on parity and diversity of profiles, cultures and ages.
\nWe are open to retraining, and have a number of “atypical” career paths to our credit. <\/p>\n

Professional training is part of our daily routine, led by the head chef and his sous-chefs, who work alongside our staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
\nThe integration of young people is also supported by long internships and apprenticeship contracts. <\/p>\n

We encourage the integration of disabled workers: in November, we volunteered to welcome and accompany a disabled person on DuoDay.
\nWe are also looking into the possibility of working with an ESAT. <\/p>\n

We help some new employees find accommodation and occasionally provide company housing.<\/p>\n

We are adept at parity, as demonstrated by the number of women working in the laboratory, particularly in key positions (director, sales manager, quality manager, sous-chef p\u00e2tissier, etc.).<\/p>\n

Because the social well-being of a company contributes to its reputation, and because it has a direct impact on our fellow citizens, we take care of our team and see to their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n

The decoration of our common areas, the lunches we prepare and share together on a daily basis, and the twice-yearly festive meals we organize are all small gestures that contribute to making our home a pleasant place to live.<\/p>\n
