\nWe choose to be flexible in the management of leave, working hours and absences, and have recently opened up access to teleworking in order to empower and motivate our staff.
\nOur management style is inclusive, based on a democratic principle (brainstorming, internal surveys, etc.), which we believe contributes positively to autonomy and a sense of belonging.
\nOur recruitment strategy is not set in stone; we have always favored parity, diversity of profiles and ages, and have a number of “atypical” career paths to our credit.
\nProfessional training is encouraged.
\nThe integration of young people is also supported by the introduction of long internships every year or apprenticeship contracts (currently two).
\nWe encourage the integration of disabled workers: in November, we volunteered to welcome and accompany a disabled person during DuoDay.
\nIn addition, we are currently studying a number of collaboration projects with ESATs. Because the social well-being of a company contributes to its reputation, and because it has a direct impact on our fellow citizens, we take care of our team and see to their personal and professional development.
