{"id":1550,"date":"2021-09-22T09:17:03","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T07:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laboratoirecurtys.com\/portfolio\/social\/"},"modified":"2021-09-22T09:17:03","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T07:17:03","slug":"social","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/www.laboratoirecurtys.com\/en\/portfolio\/social\/","title":{"rendered":"SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>SOCIAL &#8211; promoting employee well-being<\/h1>\n<p>  CURTY&#8217;S LABORATORY is committed to providing its staff with the best possible working conditions, and is constantly improving in this area.<br \/>\nWe choose to be flexible in the management of leave, working hours and absences, and have recently opened up access to teleworking in order to empower and motivate our staff.<br \/>\nOur management style is inclusive, based on a democratic principle (brainstorming, internal surveys, etc.), which we believe contributes positively to autonomy and a sense of belonging.<br \/>\nOur recruitment strategy is not set in stone; we have always favored parity, diversity of profiles and ages, and have a number of &#8220;atypical&#8221; career paths to our credit.<br \/>\nProfessional training is encouraged.<br \/>\nThe integration of young people is also supported by the introduction of long internships every year or apprenticeship contracts (currently two).<br \/>\nWe encourage the integration of disabled workers: in November, we volunteered to welcome and accompany a disabled person during DuoDay.<br \/>\nIn addition, we are currently studying a number of collaboration projects with ESATs.        Because the social well-being of a company contributes to its reputation, and because it has a direct impact on our fellow citizens, we take care of our team and see to their personal and professional development.
