We are committed to respecting the product and sourcing the very best.
Our menu, renewed twice a year (spring/summer – autumn/winter) and according to trends, is prepared with seasonal products, of course, and is designed to be responsible, respecting the earth, people and animal welfare.
Whenever we can, we choose label products (Label Rouge, AOP/AOC), if possible from organic farming and fair trade, giving preference to products of French origin.
Our offer includes a strong local dimension, thanks to an active watch to identify new gastronomic players in Paris and the Île-de-France region, such as our winter flagship, the caramelized pear in three textures, caramelized with Paris honey.
We partner with passionate artisans who share our values to bring you the very best in taste.
Our sandwiches and burgers are baked by our local artisan baker in Saint-Ouen, , just a stone’s throw from our laboratory.
Most of our fruit and vegetables come from growers in the Île-de-France region.
We use free-range eggs.
Our chicken is French, from the Nouvelle Agriculture, with the Bleu Blanc Coeur label, and our salmon is Label Rouge.
Our pastries, sauces and spice blends are entirely homemade, and we use no additives…
Consumables are also carefully sourced, with the emphasis on eliminating plastic and using biodegradable or recyclable materials.
